Return and refund policy

Not feeling it? No stress.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. To qualify, your item needs to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging – just like you got it. Keep the receipt or order confirmation handy.

How to return:

Email us at hello@beammode.se with your order number and what you'd like to return. We’ll guide you from there.
Heads up: Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

• Return shipping is paid by you

• Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and approve your return

• You’ll get your money back via your original payment method

We don’t accept returns on:

• Opened or used products

• Sale items or gift cards
